Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drywall Layout Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Drywall Layout Pro is a web-based application that helps contractors and homeowners plan drywall installations. The service provides layout diagrams, material estimates, and project management tools.

Subscription and Payment

Access to Drywall Layout Pro requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us at support@drywalllayoutpro.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Drywall Consultant Service

The Drywall Consultant service gives advice from an experienced drywall professional by email ($15 per message) or by a booked phone or video call ($40 per 30 minutes), paid in advance. Advice is based only on the photos and information you provide. It is not a guaranteed solution, an inspection, or engineering, design or code approval, and the consultant does not see the job in person. Results depend on the job, the materials and the work done, and you are responsible for decisions and work on your job. Drywall Layout Pro is not responsible for the outcome of any work. Structural, water damage, mold, fire-rating approval, code, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and legal questions are not covered; an email question that falls outside the service is refunded in full. Calls can be rescheduled free with 24 hours' notice; a call missed by more than 10 minutes is not refunded.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and layout recommendations, Drywall Layout Pro is a planning tool only. Always verify measurements and material quantities before purchasing. We are not responsible for any errors in project planning or material estimation.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Drywall Layout Pro are owned by Drywall Layout Pro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Drywall Layout Pro is provided as-is without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to material costs, labor costs, or project delays.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@drywalllayoutpro.com.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
