Who We Are

Drywall Layout Pro (drywalllayoutpro.com) is a web app for drywall sheet layout, material lists, budgets, estimates and invoices, based in St. Louis, Missouri. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: support@drywalllayoutpro.com.

Information We Collect

Account information: your email address, and when you choose Sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us: your name, email address and profile picture. Project information you enter or upload: job names and addresses, room and wall measurements, plan PDFs you upload, budget settings, notes, and the clients, estimates and invoices you create. Business details you add for your PDFs, such as your company name, phone, email and logo. Payment status from Stripe, such as whether your subscription is active. Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as server logs and error reports.

Information From Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture (the openid, email and profile permissions). We use them only to create your account, sign you in, and show which account you are using. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to build profiles or train models. Drywall Layout Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Your Information

To sign you in and keep your account secure. To provide the app: save your projects, count sheets and materials, read uploaded plans, and build your budgets, estimates, invoices and PDFs. To process subscriptions and show what your plan includes. To answer support requests and send messages about your account or the service. To keep the service working, fix problems and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How Your Information Is Shared

We share information only with service providers that run parts of the app for us, and only as needed for that purpose: Supabase (sign-in and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and service providers that process uploaded plans and help-chat messages to return results to you. These providers are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes. We may also share information if required by law. When you choose to email an estimate, invoice or material order, it is sent from your own email app to the people you choose.

Drywall Consultant

If you use the Drywall Consultant service, we collect what you send with your request: your message, the photos, PDFs and videos you attach, and for calls your phone number and the times that work for you. They are stored privately and seen only by you and the drywall professionals who answer requests. Answers and call summaries are saved to your account. We keep them while your account is open, and delete them with your account.

Data Storage and Security

Your account and project data are stored with Supabase and are encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Some settings, such as your supplier's email address, are saved only in your browser on your device.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account and project data while your account is open so your work is there when you come back. You can delete projects in the app at any time. To delete your account and all data tied to it, including any information received from Google, email support@drywalllayoutpro.com from your account's email address. We complete deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records, such as payment records. You can also remove Drywall Layout Pro's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your settings on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
